When you join, you will be given a short introductory appointment that includes a health and safety screening, membership documentation, and a guided tour of the Health Club to familiarise you with the equipment. All membership options include free and unlimited access to fitness classes. (Please note: a personalised fitness programme is not included.)

Our Health Club offers an exciting timetable of group exercise classes, led by experienced instructors who will motivate and guide you every step of the way. Classes run Monday through Saturday and are designed to suit all abilities and fitness goals. Members enjoy unlimited classes at no extra cost, while non-members can join on a pay-as-you-go basis (£5-£7 per class).
