Well known across the local area, Stef the Chef leads the kitchen with creativity, passion, and a love for local produce. Trained as a gastro chef, Stef believes great food does not have to come with a high price tag, just fresh ingredients, skill, and a genuine passion for flavour. His goal is simple: to serve food people love, and to make them want to come back again and again.
Stef is also the creative force behind our popular themed evenings, running from November through to early April. These include his much-loved Tapas Nights and “Around the World” theme nights, guests can enjoy an ever-changing menu inspired by global flavours, all prepared with a local touch.
